To integrate adults with disabilities into society

After graduating from Pathlight School in 2020, Kyle joined Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)’s Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) programme, which has been pivotal in helping him achieve his career goals.

PROGRAMME TYPES WE SUPPORT

Case Management and Counselling

Provide essential support and resources for adults with disabilities to enhance their quality of life and facilitate meaningful participation in the community.

93% of PWDs were able to meet at least half of their identified needs, which can include family, social, or medical issues.

Job Placement and Job Support Programme (JPJS)

Provides assistance, resources and access to support networks to persons with disabilities in their everyday lives.

218 PWDs were placed into employment by the Job Placement & Job Support programme and remained in their jobs for at least six months.
